Q-route

A designated RNAV route in the high altitude airspace structure, typically at or above 18,000 feet MSL, identified by a 'Q' prefix followed by a number (e.g., Q-145). These routes require aircraft equipped with approved RNAV systems and are defined by waypoints rather than ground-based navigation aids, providing more direct routing options in the National Airspace System.
