Part-21 — Certification of Aircraft and Parts

Part-21 governs type certification and production of aircraft, engines, propellers and parts in Europe, and the issue of certificates of airworthiness — broadly the EASA equivalent of FAA airworthiness certification under 14 CFR Part 21.
